It is important that the school is notified of your child’s absence.  There are two easy ways that you can report this, and they are available 24/7:

Option 1- call 519-743-6331 and press 1

-OR-

Option 2- send an email to coh-attendance@wrdsb.ca 

Make sure to leave your child’s name, teacher/class, reason for absence and your name for both of these options.  These should also be used if your child will be late.

We appreciate your cooperation in making sure your children are safe and accounted for at school.
